National Training Camp
8-11 May 1998, Tver

In May we held the first Russian NTC!! We were blessed to have Hanspeter Neck & Sven Bengtsson come and be our staff and make the NTC possible. Thank the Lord for dedicated leaders! 13 Outpost Commanders went through the training necessary for the succesful ministry.
