Russian Commanders Conference
11-12 April 1999, Moscow

This was the first Russian RR Commanders Conference.  There were 3 cities represented: Moscow, Ufa & Kazan.  Some of the themes discussed were: Preparation for Eurocamp 99; Strategy and planning for 1999 (and beyond); uniforms, handbooks, etc.  It was also the first opportunity for commanders from across Russia to share their experiences, problems and successes from the last 2 years with each other.  

We recognize the importance of an annual gathering of commanders.  It is vital for the building of unity in the RR Ministry across Russia.  The conference builds confidence and vision in the commanders and they return home and impart this to the children!  The 2000 RR Commander's Conference will be held in Moscow, Feb 18-20.
