Second National
Russian Commanders Conference
18-20 February 2000, Moscow

Right after the Paris National Commanders Conf., we held the annual Russian RR Sr. Commanders Conference. This year we had it in Moscow and we had 9 cities represented at this conference. There were represented Moscow, Kazan, Ufa, Kaluga, and Abakan RR outposts. We also invited representatives of some churches that would like to start Royal Rangers too. There were representatives from Vladimir, Sterlitamak, Tver and Irkutsk.

I believe next year we will have twice this many! That means we need to look for a new place to hold it.
